how long will it take to receive my frame?
The estimated time for a frame to be completed is 12-18 weeks. During the pressing process, flowers can take several weeks before fully drying depending on the level of moisture in the flower. Timing may vary, but I can assure you that it is worth the wait! You will be notified when the flowers are fully dry and ready to be framed.
will my framed flowers fade over time?
It is natural for any pressed flower to fade over time. All flowers are different, but some can begin to yellow or brown during the preservation process. Not all flowers maintain their original color (for example, a light pink flower may fade to a yellow color during the pressing process). Placing your frame away from direct sunlight can slow the fading process. At Pressed Blooms, no artificial coloring is utilized. There is beauty in preserving flowers in their natural state!

My wedding/event was a week ago, can my flowers still be pressed?
Possibly! It is recommended that the flowers begin the preservation process as soon as possible (within 3 days of wedding/event), as flowers will begin to wilt, brown, and are very fragile. You can send a photo to us, and we can tell you if the flowers are still able to be pressed. An additional fee may be added depending on the state of the flowers.
can you recreate my wedding bouquet?
Yes! As long as the flowers are in season and available to be purchased, we can use new flowers to press and recreate your bouquet. An additional fee will apply for cost of flowers.
can you press and frame artificial flowers/greenery?
Artificial flowers can certainly be pressed and framed! The framing process will likely be quicker if all flowers are artificial.
